Bimaxillary narrowed arches

This patient had a very ugly smile due to her very narrow dental arches and marked crowding of teeth, with her upper canines widely displaced outward.

Upon undergoing orthodontic treatment, the width of the arches was normalized. This eradicates the gaps that these patients show when smiling.

The patient is delighted with her aligned teeth, but even more with her smile. And now she does not stop smiling!
