DAMON® self-ligating brackets in an adult

This adult patient had fractured, worn and misaligned upper incisors. We wanted to reconstruct them, but for a more convenient result it was considered to first align the teeth with orthodontics.

The lower arch was even more misaligned, especially her canines.

The profile of the face and especially the lower lip was very retruded at first. After orthodontic treatment and reconstructions of the upper incisors, the lip profile improved clearly. And now she looks younger because her lips are naturally fuller!!!
