Four premolars extraction

Open-bite in adults is a serious problem that is usually treated with surgery. One way to avoid it is to compensate the patient with extractions of four second premolars, which by moving further back allow us to correct it better.

The extraction and closure of the spaces of the four second premolars allowed us to correct the dental crowding and the open-bite, with a complete function of anterior teeth.
